Q u o t e:
My iPhone stopped working yesterday, so I am locked out of my account.
I've been calling Billing repeatedly since last night, but all I get is a message that there is a high volume of callers and I should call back later. I've made 25 calls so far with no luck.
I sent an email to [email protected], there has been no response.
Apple replaced my unit this morning and I restored from my last sync, but I still cannot login.
Please remove the authenticator from my account!
Unfortunately, only Billing is able to remove authenticators.
As long as you sent the email from the email address that is registered to your account, it should take up to 48 hours to receive an email back.
When you call Billing, spam redial the second that you hang up. This is the best way to get into the hold queue once a spot opens up. I tried this a few days ago and I got in in 12 tries.
