Character Lock

I recently came off a 3 day ban for taking my own gold and materials that I deposited into my own guild bank.....


that issue aside

Since the time my account was unlocked my main has been locked still. I transfered and played it for an entire day. However, now when I attempt to log in I get

"You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete"[


My credit card was charged
The account was not compromised
I played for a day before this happened

so do i need to call or be patient or both


You need to call which will require a certain level of patience, Pradà. That being said, you will not be billed for the initial transfer if it has failed. It may display on your bank statement temporarily, but it should be removed in due time.
