COMPUTER AND ACCOUNT SECURITY:

For your own protection, we encourage you to keep the following security tips in mind when using any computer on which you play World of Warcraft:

Before you log back into your account, you will want to review the following page which has details regarding Trojans/Viruses, and how to recover account information or recover in-game items or characters: http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_US&articleId=30791.

We highly recommend adding a Battle.net Authenticator to an account as it is the highest level of security we currently offer. For more information, please visit: http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?tag=BLIZZARDAUTH.

It is very important that you review the security precautions here to assist you with any current or future compromises: (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_US&articleId=20572&pageNumber=1&searchQuery=security)

I can confirm that the e-mail you posted appears to be a legitemate password reset, Magnify, which was issued by our Game Master department in response to a petition filed with them in game.

Please note that this e-mail is not asking you for your current password, but instead informing you that your password has already been reset and asking you to choose a new password via the link provided.

[Edit/Update]

That being said, I've disabled that previous password reset link you posted to avoid someone else using that to gain access to your account, and I've issued a new password reset to the e-mail address that is currently registered to the account in question. Therefore, you should receive 2 e-mails momentarily; one notifying you that your password has been changed, and one notifying that your password has been once again reset and asking you to choose yet another new password.
