I upgraded my account online to wolk..and it charged my card but didnt upgrade my account.

When you attempted to upgrade the account did you see any error messages?

It looks like we were unable to fully process the upgrade after the first attempt, Flamenfauna. The charge you see on your account is likely a result of the failed transaction; however, we will not remove these funds from your account. Your bank may hold the funds temporarily as a precautionary measure, but we will not claim them.

Unfortunately, because the transaction failed, you may need to try the upgrade process once more. Before doing so, however, I encourage you to clear your browser's cache, cookies, and temporary Internet files.
