Do wow GMs condone underground bot mining?

I have being sending in multiple tickets about bot miners in Wintergrasp, botting in battlegrounds, etc.

For the past 3 days I've been sending in tickets about one underground bot miner in Wintergrasp. Each day after waiting for lengthy time in the ticket queue, I receive an automated reply about thanking me for the report and they cannot response to tell me what action has been taken due to privacy, etc. (which is rubbish, a while back a GM once replied to me live that he had taken care of a bot miner).

The GMs I have been dealing with recently keep giving me automated replies saying they have done some thing. Yet the same bot miner is STILL THERE the next day and has a friend with him now!

Now I'm reporting in the same bot miner for the third time and his friend. I'm starting to think GMs are either ignoring their duties or are behind the bot mining now.

I sincerely apologize that these players are not removed from the game quickly enough for your liking, Azureprower, but I can assure you that this does not mean we condone the actions! In fact, we loathe this behavior just as much (if not more) than our players do. Not only do we have similar experiences when we play the game on our own time, but we help clean up the mess, too.

This is a very tricky issue to resolve, but our Developers haven't given up on it. They continue to look for new ways to resolve this issue and prevent these malicious players from exploiting. Sadly, I do not have any additional details to provide, but rest assured that we want to stop this activity as quickly as we can.

Thank you for your continued patience and willingness to take a few minutes to let us know the names of these players. Your help does not go unnoticed.

I do have a suggestion but not sure if it would accually help. But make ALL nodes minable from the side not above or below. I know this has prob been suggested but make it where if u mine if from below you get dirt or rubble. Nothing else.
