Interface menu stuck halfway off screen

So I was just dragging my interface menu around the screen aimlessly about a week ago and dropped it to the right side of my screen. Now, for some reason, I can't get to it, half of it is off and i can't get my mouse over the the title box to move it again. I've done many things to try and fix this short of deleting my WTF folder or reinstalling wow, and some assistance would be appreciated. I can't change any of my addon options so it's kind of a bid deal : /. Thanks

Resetting your UI should put everything back to defaults. Would be my recommendation here.

It doesn't require reinstalling, just working with 3 folders.

To do a full reset UI, you will want to save your addons in another spot if you wish to preserve them.

Then rename/delete or move your WTF, Cache and Interface folders while WoW is shutdown. Reboot your system.

Note, if you are running Vista make sure your permissions are set so it does not undo your changes.
