Are you posting on the account you're having difficulty with, Skinnanen?

Also, what difficulties specifically are you experiencing?

It looks like the account was fully upgraded; however, the account does appear to have signed up for the Burning Crusade Trial recently. Are you currently unable to log into the because you receive an error message telling you that you must have the Burning Crusade downloaded or something similar?

Q u o t e:
so me adding the bc trial has cancelled my paid subscription? im a bit confused. there are two acounts on my profile wow1 and wow2. wow1 is my paid subscription.... and why does it still say wow1 is a trial account?

Adding the Burning Crusade trial did not cancel your subscription. It seems that you canceled your account/subscription today and you selected the reason "Character/Account Issue."

Wow1 is upgraded; however, because you have the Burning Crusade trial it may note that your account is a Burning Crusade Trial account in Account Management. This will have no impact on your gameplay other than the fact that it allows you access to a bit more content for the 10-day trial period. Wow2 is a trial account through and through; it has not been upgraded at all.

I have to ask, other than seeing the "trial" label on your Account Management page, what issues are you experiencing in-game?

cannot invite to a group or trade items etc

You are still experiencing this issue when logging into Wow1? When was the last time you tried to trade items or join a group?

Are you attempting to join a group or trade with one specific person or with various people on a number of different accounts?

the last time was about 4 days ago i believe. and it is with various players not just one individual.

Can you log into your character and try saying something in General Chat and let me know if you have any difficulties?

it says something like the account was created in a different realm or somethin and cannot log in

Aha! It sounds like you may have downloaded a copy of the game from one of our different regions, Skinnanen.

We can address this in one of two ways. Either you can try the more technical route:

Q u o t e:
Open the World of Warcraft folder on your hard drive (Default Folder: C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft or C:\Users\Public\Games\World of Warcraft for Vista users, Applications folder for Mac users). Open the Data, and then the enUS folder. Open the Realmlist.wtf file using a text editor, like WordPad. Make sure the lines in the file match the following:

set realmlist us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
set patchlist us.version.worldofwarcraft.com
set realmlistbn ""
set portal us

If you need to, you can copy and paste these lines over any that are incorrect, save the file and close the file, and try the game once more.

Or, you can uninstall the World of Warcraft and download it from the following location:

https://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/download/clients/pc/InstallWoW.exe
