Didnt buy an authenticator...but

So I havent bought an authenticator, and a few weeks ago, it started asking me for my authenticator code when I try to log in. Which of course, I dont have. And everytime I try to get blizzard account services on the phone, they always say that they have such high call volumes that they cant take my call right now.

Any ideas?

It looks like the account was compromised and you already jumped through the hoops to verify ownership, there was just an authenticator on there that was not reported but it did not belong to you. I was able to confirm this authenticator was maliciously added and got it pulled off your account. You should be able to log in as normal shortly :)
