Cannot Redeem Celestial Steed Code

Yesterday around 4 p.m I bought the Celestial Steed mount via the Blizzard pet store.
Clicked Redeem, but no sparkle horse for me.

I tried throughout the day to redeem my code and I kept getting the message,
"The selected World of Warcraft license is not available to play."

I only have one game in my battle.net account, and it's a fully upgraded World of Warcraft which I was playing yesterday.
My account did charge yesterday, which I figured may have been the issue, but today I am getting the same error as I did before.

Not sure if I'm better off calling billing on this one or if I could get a helpful response from here.

Did your account bill that day, Xrianya?

That can sometimes happen on your billing date if it hasn't processed throughout the entire system yet.

If the account is playable, i.e., not suspended, that's almost surely what this is and should clear up on it's own within a fairly short period of time.
