Didn't receive Core Hound Pup...

So, my account was recently compromised. I got the account back, and waited until the temporary lock was removed. During the time that i had the account back in my possession, i placed an order for an authenticator (cause, y'know, getting hacked is bad.) Anyways, when I finally got my account back today, i looked into my character's mailbox and while the letter itself was there, an attatchment with the core houdn pup was nowhere to be found :(
I bought the authenticator when the account was back in my possession (or, at the very least, after it got banned by the hacker, denying all access), so I don't think anyone could have taken it and deleted it. The strange thing is, the letter looked like it had been "opened" and the attatchment was taken or something.
In addition, all my alts have the pup, just not my main :(
Is there any way to resolve this?

If the account you are posting from is the account in question, Vaiyne, then you do not currently have a Battle.net Authenticator associated with it; which would explain why you do not currently have a Corehound Pups available to you. If there was an Authenticator placed on your account while it was compromised, you may still see the in-game mails that previously contained the pups-though they will not be available unless an Authenticator is currently attached to the account.

If you would like to attach the Authenticator that you purchased while the account was compromised, you may do so by logging into your Account Management page and following this link: (https://us.battle.net/account/management/authenticator.html).
