Had enough........

ok, i've seriously had enough.

here is the story.
I play Wow at a net cafe. (my father's place of work, he owns it, and lives in the upstairs part)
I went a lived with my mum, and then i was inactive for 2 months.
it seems someone at the net cafe, took my information, and has been playing for the last 2 months, and has transferred my priest to another realm / faction change.

I take this issue up with Accounts Administration, and Billing, i've done, EVERYTHING.
then you tell me, that there was intent to my transfer, of course there was, i wasn't playing, is it THAT hard to understand? and now, i return, 2 days after the transfer, trying to get it back where it was

<clipped>

anyway, its been 10 days, discussing between 2 day emails, and then finally, they ignore me, and i get a GM ticketed response saying that the Accounts Administration team says that the issue is resolved?
<clipped>
I know this is not the right place to look for an answer, but seriously, where the am i suppose to go? AA and Billing are ignoring my emails.
Blizzard Support is terrible.

Fix my character.

To start, I'd need a character/realm on the account in question. I'm not finding any emails associated with the email of the account you are posting under.

Also, please don't disparage my co-workers. This is one of the hardest working groups of folks I've ever had the privileged of being associated with. We do whatever we can to help all our players. There are cases, however, that are simply beyond our ability to redeem.

This may be an Account Administration issue, but I'd need to look to find out - and to look, I need to know what I'm looking for :)

Q u o t e:

it was not me, not sure if you have read it all or not, but obviously not, try reading past the first 100 characters next time. this was not me, and therefore, it cannot have been performed by me, my account was not in MY control and therefore was NOT me.

Unfortunately, although this has been reviewed 3 times, including by a supervisor we just cannot confirm it was done by a 3rd party, Aundreas.

I understand your circumstances, but ultimately your account security is your responsibility. Access never changed, play pattern never changed.

Then there is of course whoever doing this on 4/10 telling folks they were leaving.

You reporting your account 'hacked' on 4/12 at 2:47 GMT

And whoever was actually on the account telling someone on their new realm on 4/12 at 02:45 GMT

2010/04/12 02:45:25 "i'm thinking of xfering back, i'm not enojying myself much here"
2010/04/12 02:45:46 i'll just say that someone got my account details and transferred me

And then a couple days later...

2010/04/14 04:44:16 "like i said, i got bored, and hence transferred here."[

There is more, but I really don't think we need to go there.

We do try to help our players that find themselves in a compromised position, Aundreas. I am terribly sorry you don't like the realm you are on at the moment, but we simply find no evidence this wasn't of your own volition. Also, this matter is considered closed, and continuing to petition may result in action against your account for Game Master harassment at this point.

I wish we could have done more, if you'd have come to us immediately and told us you just weren't happy we might have possibly been able to work with you, but it's been far too long for that now.

I am very sorry.

This is over, Aundreas, do you really want to continue dragging this out in public?

If he was in a net cafe, why on earth would he be there? unless he didn't have his own internet access.

I was so hoping this wouldn't be necessary, Aundreas. It's not my intent to drag this out in public, but you brought defamation and accusations to a public forum.

From 4/13, there is another conversation - BEFORE your first denial.

    specialist investigating
<another player questioning if the Ips wouldn’t match>
"yar, but that wouldn't be enough evidence, it could've been a public computer"
but if a diff credit card was used.
    from what my subscription was
"if 2 diff credit cards were used for subscription and a diff one for the xfer, then they'd be suspicious"
    and they were different

Now, how would someone not connected with this activity know this? Why would you be speculating with your friend on how to make an end-run around the rules and at that point?

And finally this on 4/17 when asked if you were going to transfer back yourself or wait.

    wait it out
and abuse blizzard until they do it

I wouldn't recommend that as I stated previously this issue is considered closed.

I do wish you all the best.

If i stop, i'll never get this issue resolved.

Unfortunately, it is closed. Further petitions will result in possible sanctions for trying to defraud the Game Master Staff, possibly even Game Master abuse. I posted that earlier, but you may have missed that.

I am sorry we weren't able to confirm your scenario and assist with this, but this matter is closed.

then i'll dispute it.

I'm afraid credit card companies don't let you dispute charges on cards that aren't yours - and a chargeback would result in character locks.

I've seen a lot of posts you may not appreciate, Aundreas - but no harassment.

I believe we are done here.
