Character Transfer Error

Hey guys. I've been working on getting a character transferred from one account to another for a couple days. At this point, I get to the screen asking me about my secret question. After I enter my answer and click continue, I'm brought to the same screen, except this time it has a red error message above it reading "An error has occurred..." with Blizzards contact information following it. Any ideas for me?
