Authenticator Locked Out

Tried logging in like 3 times but its saying the info was invalid...havent changed anything now my authenticator is locked out. :( Tried calling customer service but its just a "we are busy" recording....

Pikul and Moon, looks like both your authenticators have reset. You should be able to get in game.

This can happen basically one of two ways. YOU have too many failed login attempts - or someone else does and the authenticator kept them out....but locked up.
