3month Time Card Help - Blue Tracker

I just bought a time card from gamestop to give to my little cousin for his account. Since his mom was about to stop paying for his time. Got home, got a penny to scrath the gray area off to reveal the numbers, but somehow I managed to scratch off the numbers under it also it appear. I am using a quater to scrath the scratch layer so Im not sure whats going on. Not I have almost all of the gray scrath part off but cant read the numbers to give to him. I can cleary see atleast the first three numbers but none of the others. I've had problems getthing the scrath part off of time cards before but never went as far as scratching the numbers off themselves. What can I do? I see there a printed 8 digit printed number code horizontally on the right side of the abr code, Im hoping this is to help people that have this problem. No this card has not been using and Im not trying to get free time. I jsut want help. Will be BS if I just spent 30$ for nothing thats all. Tried calling blizzard's phone service but all lines are busy apparently and was directed here. Please help asap

Keep calling, Lhok. Our Billing Department is working as quickly as possible to address these phone calls and open spots in the phone queue as quickly as possible. Billing Representatives will do their best to assist you in the recovery of the code once you've spoken with them, so please try to remain persistent and patient!

Yes, our Billing Representatives are quite skilled at recovering these codes based on a few added pieces of information. There are definitely cases when a Billing Rep is able to provide the remaining numbers on a card when they've been scratched off.
