Can't remember original account name

I bought WoW about a year and a half ago (not 100% sure about time) and still have the authentication key. I want to play again but I can't remember the account name, but I think I know the password. I bought a new pre-paid game card but now I can't use it without the original account. How do I recover the account?

If you cannot recall what the account name and/or email address was that you original registered your World of Warcraft account to, then you will probably need to contact our Billing and Account Services department for help. Fortunately, the original authentication key that you mentioned having should really help things along.
