Removing an enchant?

I enchanted my plate BoA shoulders way back when they first came out, not realizing that the enchant wasn't intended to be usable on the shoulders. Now when I try to wear the shoulders on my new alt I can't because the enchant is level 70 required.

Anyone know if there is a way to remove the enchant? Will a GM do it for me?

A member of the Game Master staff may very well be able to assist with this issue, Bishop. I encourage you to open an in-game petition containing a brief description of the issue (including the name of the shoulders and the character they're on) requesting a new pair of shoulders in their place, and they'll do their best to assist.
