Recruit a friend

So I recruited a friend, he bought the retail wow off the website and two months of game cards from the website. However it has not updated to allow me to claim my mount yet. ON his account management it says the 2 months are pending do I have to wait for his 10 day free trial to be over or what?

Aesmurff, I'm showing one account linked with your posting account. That account, however, has not yet upgraded from a trial account.

So, the scenario Princèss suggested sounds very plausible. Instead of upgrading the Recruit-A-Friend trial account, your friend may have simply created a brand new account. If you can provide me the name and realm of a character on your friend's account, Aesmurff, I can check to see what happened for sure. :)

Just for confirmation, can you provide me the name and realm of a character on the account you believe you've upgraded?

Edit, part 2: Orcalicious on Destromath is not on an account which is currently linked with any other. It looks like you may have upgraded the wrong account. Go ahead and have the owner of that account contact Billing & Account Services to see if some sort of retroactive link can be worked out.
