they may lock threads but I don't believe they delete them

Actually, heavily inappropriate or 'trolling' threads may be deleted. This is largely contextual though.

Grats big brother. I come to this forum to get an issue fixed (as is suggested by your automated phone lady) and instead of helping you delete the thread.

Great service.

Was this issue recently posted? Is it possible that your thread was moved to a different forum? Regardless, what was the issue that you were hoping to address? Maybe I can lend a hand or some guidance.

At least now we know who did it. A why would be nice or some help.

Actually, I haven't deleted any threads today.

Now, let's please take a second and start over. I am more than willing to try to lend a hand, but I need to know what your concern is first.

Well then i apologize. I've already posted my problem. just a little steamed about this whole situation =/

No worries!

Okay! Let's try to get back on track. First, I'm sorry that you might have had any issues registering for the Arena Tournament, and hopefully I can help at least provide some guidance. With that in mind, would it be possible for you to post the exact text of the error message you received? That would be a good place to start. Also, if this is a payment issue, then it's pretty likely that you'll end up needing to contact our Account Services staff directly.

Here's that contact information for you convenience:

    Billing & Account Services

    Phone Support - 1 (800) 59-BLIZZ (1 (800) 592 5499)
Live Representatives Available 8am to 8pm PST

If you are located in Australia you should use 1-800-041-378 if you cannot get through with the number above.
If you are located in Singapore you should use 800-2549-9273 if you cannot get through with the number above.
Latin American and International callers without access to our 800 numbers may use: (949) 955-0283

As a note, we are indeed aware that telephone wait times can be extensive. We have a sticky posted on the subject here, and we are working to improve our ability to respond via that channel:

OK so sorry I didnt see any of this yesterday as i finally got through to a rep after an hour and 10 minutes on hold (no biggie)

My problem was that I was trying to use a prepaid credit card (I hate to use my real card online) as I did last year, and it simply does not work anymore. I guess they aren't allowed because of adress verification issues, which makes sense. SO im just bumping this thread for anyone else who might be having the same problem.

Edit:changing the name again too.

Thank you for following up, especially with other players in mind ♥! I am sorry to hear that there was an issue using a pre-paid credit card to register for the Arena Tournament, but address verification is an important part of the process.

I hope that we were able to help work everything out in the end!
