How can i disable authenticator from my acc?

I just called blizz after getting my acct back, now there is an authenticator on it? Is there a way to disable them or do i need to ring them and wait another 5 hours on the phone?

While I may not be able to assist you with this request directly, Yirnbeks, I may have a few other options available if you've already contacted our Billing department by phone regarding this issue.

As it does not appear that you are currently posting from the account that you are referring to, would you please provide the name and realm of one of the characters on the account in question?

Due to the specifics of this account's situation, Gurekx, we would need to have you submit a completed copy of the following Terms of Use form (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/BNETTOUFORM) along with a photo copy of your ID in order to remove the authenticator from this account.
