Heirloom gone - Blue Tracker

Okay, yesterday i sent my Swifthand of Justice heirloom to my alt character and got logged off and it said that i "abused the rules by spamming" and got suspended for 3 hours, i log back on and go to the alt i sent my heirloom piece to, and now its gone...i checked on all of my characters to see if its anywhere else, but theres no where tobe found, i put in a ticket this morning at 4, and its still not been accepted, id think that they would of had it done by now, if anyone can tell me if they have had this problem before, and what they did to fix it Thanks.

It looks like the mail was deleted with the item on your level 16 Draenei Shaman. It looks like you already have a petition open on that character so you do not need the one submitted on this character. :)

A Game Master will look into your request.

Your level of intelligence is irrelevant, Purekil, accidents can still occur or something else could have happened on the account. A Game Master will look into your request and let you know.
