I need my Raid ID reset as soon as possible.

Hi, I was in ICC25 yesterday(Saturday) and I left the raid before the first boss, but it made me saved to ICC25, which I didnt expect at all, so I filed a report and asked a GM for a help, he replied to my report when I was offline (Saturday night I assume), saying I can use one time only per account Raid ID reset, but I needed my confirmation that I really want to use this, and suggested I may saved this option for the next time since the week is almost at the end, - that was his reply. -

Sunday morning (5AM EST) I replied to the GM that I understand this is one time thing and the week is almost over, but I still want to use this option, I got a 1 hour time at 5 AM EST, so I waited because 1 hour is not bad queue.

BUT, now it is 11:30 AM EST almost 6 hours, my queue is still 1 hour, it goes down to 52 min then suddenly go up to 1 hour 2 min, rinse and repeat.

This Rinse and Repeat made me to wait for GM actually for 6 hours, I am very upset.

IF you see this thread, please hurry to reset my ICC25 RAID ID,

I am not even doing ICC10 becuase not saved to ICC10 is one of the condition.

PLEASE HURRY,

AND FIX THIS STUPID QUEUE TIMER PLEASE.

I sincerely apologize that the queue time is behaving erratically, Feydor; a member of our Game Master staff will address your petition as quickly as possible. That being said, I cannot offer any guarantees as to whether or not a member of the Game Master staff will be able to reset your raid ID, but I can assure you that it will be looked into thoroughly.

Should you wish to leave your feedback on the service provided by the Game Master staff, please feel free to do so by e-mailing [email protected].

I appreciate your patience and encourage you to remain patient while our Game Masters address each petition submitted prior to your own.

Thanks.

We have quite a few things planned to improve the quality and speed in which we assist our customers, Feydor-- including hiring additional representatives. We understand that the wait can be frustrating, and we truly hope to reduce the amount of time spent waiting for a ticket to be addressed or a phone call to be answered.

Though it isn't impossible for us to reset a Raid ID, it is not done very often. It should be noted that your petition, though edited, never stated that you were simply complaining. The Game Master who addressed your petition went off of the text in that petition, as well as the text in the petition you submitted from your alternate character and the text from your previous petition.

We looked into your issue and we were able to grant a resolution, I'm afraid there really isn't any going back at this point.

It should be noted that the petition system is not there to file complaints. If you have an issue with how your petition was addressed you'll want to write to [email protected].
