When gifting the Celestial Steed it does not automatically add it to the recipients account. Instead, it simply sends the redeemable code to the individuals e-mail address. If for any reason you were unable to have the code sent via the gifting option available after the purchase was made, you should be able to locate the redeemable code within the "Order History" tab of your Battle.net account management, and simply send that code to the friend that you would like the steed to be gifted to.

How was the code added to his account, Mìcah? Did he manually enter the code that is listed in your order history himself?

Please have him try following the instructions provided on the following sticky post and let me know if the mount still does not show up in his mailbox:

The transaction will continue to be listed as in a processing state for up to 72 hours; however, this should not cause a delay in the mount being delivered. Did your friend completely exit the game so he was returned to his desktop, or did he simply log out to the initial World of Warcraft log in screen?

If he did indeed completely exit the game, but the mount is still not showing up, then would you please provide the name and realm for one of the characters that he is checking so that I may look into this matter further?
