So, is it just me or does it take like 24hrs in order just to get ahold of a GM just to be told that "sorry were unable to talk to you but we'll go ahead and send you a message and that's it." What happened to actually getting to talk to a GM without having to wait hours and hours? Is there a problem with blizzard not being able to hire more help? Seriously.... it takes FOREVEER to get something taken care of.... it's just getting ridiculous.

We've actually been able to reduce wait times to just under 12 hours (they're currently resting at about 11 hours right now). We're working to reduce these even further, as we're not satisfied with the current wait our players are facing either.
