Dear Blizz/Blizz staff,
At the moment my account is banned, so my friend let me borrow his to post this.

For no reason my account was banned for no reason and after i got banned i got random emails on password verifications and saying that my account was being solded or traded? I didn't find out my account was banned after a month, and during that time, i wasn't even playing for 2 months. I was grounded from playing for 2 months and Blizz randomly banned my account. Ive tried responding on email, calling (i hung up after 45 minutes of being put on hold) and sending a account recovery form. Its been over a month and i got no response and constant password verification emails. i cant even do them because it keeps on saying that my account was disabled and i couldn't access the page. Could a Blizz staff member please unban my account? i personally think my account was hacked and they got it banned. Im only posting because i havent gotten a single response from Blizz.

Can someone from the Blizz staff plz email me at <removed> which is not my wow account email (to be safe) and i will give you my account name and if your could check why it got banned and email me back and ill give you the accounts information to prove that the accout is mine and if you could unban it.

Are you certain of this, Laceratión?

That sounds suspiciously like a phish, which may indeed lead to a compromise if you answered it.

If you have that email, pop open the header and look to see where it came from, not just the internal FROM address that normally shows.

i put my character name and realm in so that you can look up the email that the account is attached to so that it remains inconspicuous from other players.

The 'sold or traded' email - do you still have that - did you respond to it?

If so, you've most likely been phished and compromised which very well could lead to a ban based on what the thieves do with stolen accounts.

could you maybe unban my account? ive been waiting for 2 maybe 3 months why my account was banned and ive been playing wow for 5 years now and this is the first time this happened to me. im only 15 so i dont know what to do in these situations.

I'd recommend starting with an email to Account Administration. If it has been banned, they'll likely need to deal with that first.

They can be contacted at [email protected].

You do need to email from the registered email address on the account.

My mom legally owns the account.

Then she really needs to be the one handling this. Until you are of age, she's the legitimate account holder.

You could have her try calling Billing here in a bit, but they may or may not be able to shed much light on this if the account has been sanctioned.

this is customer service forums, ive been a customer of blizz for 5 years now, and i require help.

There are issues we simply cannot help with as Game Masters, nor through the forums.

I wish we could, but many issues like this deal with sensitive information that should never be displayed in public, nor do we often have access to the systems required to assist.
