Can't access old account?

Hi everybody,

I quit WoW a while ago, and after seeing some of the changes I'd like to return. However, it seems like it's not letting me. A couple issues

I got a new computer, so don't even have the game any more. This wasn't a problem in the past, as I was able to download the entire client, and upon entering my username I wouldn't have to remember my old CD key. Currently I'm on a trial version, which was all I could see to download. (Can you only see trial characters on the trial account?)

I played the account before they were rolled into the "B.net" system, or at least I think so. I don't remember typing my email into the login. However, when I try to sync my old WoW account to my new BNet account, it says that account was already synced. Yet I can't ever find my old 80.

Is this something to do with only having the trial install? Is there a way to see which bnet account characters are synced to, or which old WoW accounts are synced to which new BNet account? I've only used one email for the past few years, so I know I couldn't have used a different BNet account.

Thanks for your help!

You'll need to add your old account to your Battle.net.

If you can't remember the details, a call to Billing is in order, they may be able to assist.
