Email doesn't exist?

I need some help please.

My 2nd account that has the character Immary is telling me the information is incorrect. When I try to retrieve the password it says the email/name combination does not exist. I do not think I have been compromised as I am using an authenticator and my 2nd acc is in the same guild. It has not been logged on.

Please help.

This looks like it was compromised at the end of March. Are you certain you are using the newest passwords you would have been sent?

Ok, I'm seeing something a bit newer - like today.....

Did you get a new password sent to you VERY recently? I may not even have arrived just yet, but if not should soon.

Let me back up just a moment. I made a presumption here I probably should not have. What realm is that character on?

Alrighty, just wanted to make sure I was looking at the correct information.

The old email did start with a Y, the new one does not.

Also, any particular reason the account you are posting under and that one don't match?

So am I right in that my email was changed? How is this possible if I didn't get a notification? Could my email have been compromised and the hacker deleted the notification?


At this point, looks like it's probably best to contact Billing about this. They are going to need information it's just not wise to post in public.
