Race Change/Name Change via Faction Change?

Race change and name change services are separate services. Faction change allows you to change faction and change your name. Could I purchase a faction change, but stay within my faction...and choose a new race and name?

I deleted one of my lowbies today and want one of my 80's to have the same name...and to change race.

As Pahanda said, Narcissa, the Race Change services also provides a name change within the process.
