Faction change Redemption code

We do not currently offer the option to purchase or request a redemption code for these paid services, Farlly. However, if you would like to see alternative payment options offered in the future, then I encourage you to share your feedback on our Suggestions forum.

We currently only accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as methods of payment for a Character Faction Changes, Farlly. I apologize if this results in any inconvenience, but perhaps a friend or family member who does own a credit card could assist you with this transaction.

Napila is correct. While prepaid credit cards are not directly supported, our system will often accept them if they have the necessary funds to cover the both full transaction as well as any temporary preauthorization charges, and if the card has the ability to register a name and address to it.

The use redemption code option is currently used for internal purposes such as testing, Farlly.

Gift cards are not always a guaranteed method of payment, Korivash. You may want to contact our Account Services team by phone and see if they can try it on our side.
