Are the GMs lazy?

Yesterday I was being camped and ganked at 50% res health by several alliance, I reported them for stalking as corpse camping directly falls under stalking and griefing, I also reported them for suspicions of hacking as they were individually killing me in one hit considering the gear they had on.

this went on for two hours until a bunch of my friends got word of it and they came in a hurry, needless to say, these three bads, <removed>, all from my server, confessed to a plan to grief me. I only recived the LAZY written form from a GM instead of a personally written notice put simply.

are the GMs so lazy they cant suddenly cease a player's account for griefing another player?

I have high functioning autism, I live on a fixed income, my only brother died last year, and I have been trying to keep a lookout for my entire town in the times I'm dragged away from World of Warcraft.

now, I'm not asking for much, I'm asking for the GM staff to be more responsive, and to actually do their jobs. I can only assume waiting 2 hours after I've filed a report and suffering from coweards attacking me with no sign of relent, a major problem.

and no dont say "pvp happened", it's not PVP when someone is camping you for TWO HOURS, and intruding on territory they have no right entering.

I was outnumbered, and killed in a state of helplessness. normally when this happens, that's the time to drop the ban hammer on the griefers.

considering addressing a matter where the athority figure of the game is noncompliant with the required field of consumer support and policing the game's actions, I can only be led to assume sony bought a chunk of Blizzard's stocks and took away from the consumer support area of Blizzard's offices. not the way to run a game.

and when are you going to fix class balance ot the right way to set class balance?

top damage done by low armored melee, second rate damage done by heavily armored melee, third rate damage done by ranged class, lowst damage done by damage over time effects. the game's balance is off, the GMs are lazy at best, not the way to set a game. I could go to the suggestion forums aboutwhat I want done for the sake of balancing the game, but then I wouldnt get a response.

so I'm making this a consumer support issue, what are the GM's doing that is so important that they dont want to help someone who is being killed 3-1 for TWO HOURS STRAIGHT?

Q u o t e:
corpse camping = griefing + stalking = harrassment.

I'm afraid your conclusions regarding this situation are simply incorrect.

I'd like to reassure you that our Game Masters aren't lazy by any means! Our Staff is hard at work to resolve the many concerns that face our players as swiftly as they can and to make World of Warcraft the kind of place where players of all sorts want to play. The issue you've raised before us, 'corpse camping', is part of the fabric of World of Warcraft, and not generally the kind of issue in which our staff will intervene.

This is because, in and of itself, corpse camping is not a violation of our policies. If corpse camping is egregious and occurs over a long period of time (a very, very long period of time in the case of corpse camping; think days, not hours), then we may intervene. Corpse camping is not possible on a PvE realm however, as a player has the option of waiting for 5 minutes for the PvP flag to be removed. On the other hand, corpse camping is a fairly 'normal' part of playing on a PvP realm.

It sounds as though the situation you described became voluntary PvP contact - something that is provided for on PvE realms. When a player makes the choice to enter into combat with their foes, they must also accept the consequences of that choice. In your case, it appears that you and your friends were ultimately victorious, so it sounds like you dealt with the situation well and appropriately too!
