Acc banned after being hacked- no response

So I was hacked (have now got my own authenticator on the account) and while the account was out of my control the account was canceled by blizzard for exploiting the in game economy or some such.

I've so far sent three webforms to blizzard over the last week and this afternoon I received a customer service satisfaction survey from the GM who I assume dealt with the ban issue asking if I was pleased with the outcome.

I haven't received any information about what has happened to my account or if the ban is permanent. The customer service rep I spoke to over the phone while getting my account back originally said he thought it would be overturned quickly.

Does anyone have any tips to speed up the process or make it easier to get the account back.

Cheers.

- Posting on a new account by the way.

Normally such things are handled by Account Administration, Lister.

I'm not seeing the account in question, could you give me a character name and realm on that account?

Thank you.

Well, the good news is - it looks like restoration work has already begun on this.

This is one that Account Administration needs to review before it's released. Have you emailed them directly at [email protected]?

And did you find the source of the compromise - how they got ahold of your information?

If you have already written, it's likely just a matter of them getting to you in queue. If you haven't already emailed Account Admin themselves directly, I'd recommend that as a next step.

Those surveys can be a bit misleading - they are often generated when your account is handled, or an email is sent.

If anything, that actually sounds a bit promising - those get generated when 'something happens'.

I'd give this oh, another day or so. If you haven't heard back from Account Administration by then - a followup is perfectly reasonable.
