Can't Redeem Celestial Steed Codes

Yesterday morning I purchased 3 Celestial Steeds, one for each of my battle.net accounts and one for my roommate's separate battle.net account; neither of us are able to redeem our codes. When we click on the Redeem button after pasting in the code, absolutely nothing happens. This is happening on 2 different computers, and we did delete all temporary internet files. We have each sent an email through that website with no response other than the immediate "donotreply" acknowledgement one. I am seeing these mounts all over the place in-game of course and would like to get the 3 we have paid for, please help!

What browser are you using to do this? Can you give it a shot using a different browser, Dejaboo?

It's possible that the way the browser works in correlation with AOL it is preventing you from loading the page appropriately, Dejaboo. If you're able to download it, Firefox is a good alternative. Should you continue to experience issues or be unable to download Firefox, give our Billing Department a call and they may be able to assist in the application of these codes. :)
