I just recently look into my armory and seen that most my gear on my toons is gone, some replaced w/lesser gear, some completely gone. I have 2 toons deleted that I did not do. I try to log on my toon, all my stuff is gone, iam not in my guild, I lost all my stuff, all my commands are gone. All my stuff is all messed around out of place. Am i to say I just got "screwed"? My armory shows that I just did HoR even though I did not do that, was I hacked and what can I do to have my stuff all recovered?

and now when I try to log on, I get d/c right off the bat. No one has my information, I live alone. Iam very upset I just lost several toons I wa working on and now Ive lost all my gear that ive worked so hard on w/my main 2.

Sounds like you've suffered a compromised, Hyper.

I'm going to post instructions below. I'd recommend you start with security and then follow the rest as far as reclamation.

If an account has been merged to a Battle.net, or if an email has been changed, or an authenticator added to the account (not the player's own) one of your first stops is going to be Billing. They need to get those sorted out first so the rest of the processes can continue.

Billing and Account Services
Phone Support - 1 (800) 59-BLIZZ (1 (800) 592 5499)
Live Representatives Available 7 days a week, 8am to 8pm Pacific Time
E-mail Support - [email protected]
Players in Australia should call 1-800-041-378
Players in Singapore should call 800-2549-9273
Players in Chile should call 1230-020-5554
Players in Mexico should call 001-888-578-7628
Players in Argentina should call 0800-333-0778
All other international players should call: (949) 955-0283

Now, it's very very important to figure out where the security breach occurred. If they CAN get back in, they WILL be back. That, unfortunately, you can count on.

These two stickies should prove helpful.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.

I do wish you all the very best on a speedy recovery.

Now it says my account has been permantly disabled.....

Aye, I need you to check your previous email address for something that was just sent.

It is changed on the account though, just wasn't sure it was you that did the changing :)
