I figure this is going to get deleted and I will probably get a forum ban, but seriously why does it take 72+ hours to get a response when most games can give me a decent response in minutes. You have had a large number of subscribers for a long period of time, so I personally think Blizzard should stop being cheap and hire more GM's to actually deal with the number of petitions coming in. If someone starts a ticket at 4am... it shouldn't take 6 hours to answer it.

Q u o t e:
They celebrated 10 million on June 8th, 2008. They have had almost two whole years to recruit GM's.

We have, Eula, continually. The number of players impact the average number of petitions we receive daily but that is not the only factor involved. Over the last year or so the number of requests has far exceeded the average. Keep in mind that we have continually evolved our services and now help with far more than we used to.

We continue to work on ways to improve our response time while not negatively impacting the quality of the service provided.
Q u o t e:

Because a multi-billion dollar company is forced to stay in two possible places for customer service.

I'm not even certain I know what that means. Do you mean because this company makes money that we should simply open additional locations across the country? I'm not certain how that makes sense.

Was there an actual issue that we could help you with today? I'm unable to find any petitions in the last 23 days. I am sorry, but it seems that you are posting simply to post and be contrary. If you can provide me with the name and realm of a character you are submitting petitions from I'd be happy to look into whatever issue you seem to be having.

Q u o t e:
I figured a discussion about customer service might be best posted in the customer service forum.

A constructive discussion is usually welcome though a conversation simply for the sake of the conversation isn't necessarily useful. If you wish to provide feedback regarding your interaction with one of our Game Masters you are welcome to write to [email protected]. If you would like to see a change to the game and our policies please post in the Suggestion forum.

Folks, not that I don't appreciate the mind bending math talk. O.o But if you wish to discuss the authenticator and the relevant coding involved perhaps a new thread in a different forum would be best. :)

I did 24 hours ago, still no luck.

Maybe they should have just enforced a 10 minute cooldown instead of an indefinite lockout if you fail too many times.... :(

When was the last time you check to see if you can login, Padagi?
