Last boss Bugged normal POS

I'm afraid there really isn't any method a Game Master can 'fix' that.

Actually if you are referring to him getting back on his mount, just another attempt should be sufficient. You may need to all zone out and back in.

Can you define 'bugged'?

When we started the encounter he dismounted off rimefang but was un able to be attacked, the dragon ran around shooting us and the boss vanished. we have all left the instance and requed but the dragon is still flying above and shooting at us before we even get into the tunnle to check if hes reset ( he shoots the ice patches on the ground )

Everyone zones out - zones back in and you are still in combat?

Was this through a normal group, or through the LFG tool, Pherox?

It's possible if through the tool this may not reset. A soft reset is really all I can recommend here, make sure everyone stays out for at least 20 min. I know that must be frustrating, but we really have no way to amending that particular fight. There is nothing a Game Master can do to force that to reset and anything else we did would end the instance abnormally for you and wouldn't be beneficial either.

I am sorry about that, I've had something similar happen when he jumps back on his mount and I know it's frustrating.
