Hello I need my cdkey # reset or something. I am trying to get back into wow and start my subscrption again. but your customer service is aweful ! i tried calling your billing dept and i was on hold for over an hour then i lost connection. Then when i tried to call back i got a message saying your experiencing high call volumes and to call back later ? Really this is how you support your customers ? I have a serious issue that is preventing me from playing your game paying for a subscription ! I don't think this a good way to do business. I'm not going to rebuy your games since i already bought them. I did however email your billing dept with my cdkey and info but iam not sure if i will actually get a response. It seems your company would rather me rebuy the game and the expansion packs then help me your customer.

Thanks !

I'm terribly sorry to hear that you were disconnected when waiting for one of our Billing Representatives, Tlan. If you provide me with a bit more information about what the issue is, I'll gladly see if I can provide you some additional advice that may even quell the need to call our Billing Department. That being said, we hope to assist you to the best of our abilities and apologize that you are having difficulties reaching us.

As Princèss has stated, hitting redial until you're able to enter our queues is highly advisable as spots in queue are constantly opening up as our Billing Representatives assist other customers.

Do you happen to recall the name and realm of a character on the account in question, Tlan?

I'm afraid that without the name and realm of the character, I, personally, will be unable to assist in this case, Tlan. That being said, it sounds as if you may have simply forgotten the account information and linked an old trial to your Battle.net account instead. If that's the case, you'll simply need to contact our Billing Department so that they can look up your old account information and help attach it to your current Battle.net account. I know it can be a bit frustrating to wait to receive assistance, but I encourage you to keep trying to call them so that they can help get you back into the game as quickly as possible.

You are correct in mentioning that this is a trial account, Tlan. It does appear that you may have created another account that was upgraded to the Burning Crusade, though. You'll need to contact our Billing Department to verify you are the registered user, but they should be able to help restore access to it.
