Scroll of Resurrection not Working

I used scroll of resurrection on my friend's account the other night but he is still not getting the 10 days. The e-mail went through, he was able to click the link, activate the scroll and got the message saying he now had 10 days free starting right now. However, anytime he tried to log in it says prepaid time has run out, and on my scroll of resurrection page it still shows as no activity taken.

Is it just the scroll of resurrection system isn't working over the weekend, or something else preventing this from going through?

It looks as if your friend claimed a Scroll of Resurrection just over a year ago, Shamageddon. Unfortunately this promotion can only be accepted once. :(
