Vanilla Master Card Transfer Cancel?!?!

Ok, yesterday I was guna get a transfer but I decided to cancel it after I the Payment stuff for the Transfer. It was sucessfully cancelled. But now I have $0.12 in my Card. It says there is a Pending amount of $25. When the hell do I get my money back? I already disbanded my 2v2 team to Transfer... Should I contact WoW Billing services or whatever? I tried contacting Vanilla MasterCard but they don't have a live support help so they are useless. Ok so please tell me what to do. Thanks.

It is likely that the funds are being held temporarily by the credit card provider, Platetrain. We will not claim these funds, but it may take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days for the money to become available which largely depends on the credit card provider.

I sincerely apologize, but I do not believe our Billing Department will be able to assist with this issue.
