Instead of helping me, he decided to send me an e-mail. It started with this paragraph:
"I am sorry to hear of the difficulty you have experienced enrolling your account in the World of Warcraft Arena Tournament. The error that you received indicates that at this time we are unable to process the requested transaction with the information provided. As an alternative, you may contact our Billing & Account Services department for assistance, as we *may* be able to assist you with this purchase over the phone."
He sends me a cookie cutter response to my serious issue. He did not offer to help me make the transaction by phone or mention it at all. Some others who had this problem are saying that they have called and registered for the Arena Tournament that way, but now I am right back where I started. I waited on hold that long to speak to someone, only to have him basically tell me the only solution was to speak to Billing (HE was billing) and have it done over the phone. So now I have to call back again tomorrow if I want to participate in this.
I'm really disgusted by this, I seriously am. I pay my monthly subscription, I even buy all the vanity pets you guys put in the pet store. To be treated this way, to basically be given the run-around, is very sickening.
So is this all I can do now? Wait until morning and go through this whole nonsense again? Why would he not help me that way?
