You're no hassle whatsoever, Zergeras. Unfortunately, however, this is not an issue that we are able to assist with via the forums. You've done the right thin in submitting an in-game petition, but I'm afraid you'll need to remain as patient as possible as our Game Masters look to assist you as quickly as possible.
