I want to know if anyone can help me with a way to get back on my acct? i have an authinicator and now I am locked out of my account because it says too many loggin attempts with wrong authinticator numbers. It says to call or email blizard billing. I emailed that night and after 4 days i still have no response from them. I have been calling ever since and constantly get the "high call volume" response and get disconnected. WHAT DO THEY ONLY HAVE ONE PERSON FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I cant believe with all the people paying they cant get people to answer the phones! is there any other way to get this fixed? pls help!

Actually, we have a sticky on the subject of the high volume of calls we're receiving here:

We certainly do have more than one person on the phones - quite a bit more than that. On the other hand, we field a tremendous number of requests each day, and there are a lot of players ahead of you in line. We are working to increase our ability to field our players' requests and provide ever improving quality and speed of service. This is an ongoing process and we realize that we have a ways yet to go, but we appreciate your patience in the meantime.

While you've taken the right step by emailing [email protected] regarding this situation (as mentioned in that sticky I linked), but if you are unwilling to wait for an email response, then calling will probably be your best bet. It may take a ready finger on the redial button to get through, and a bit of a wait on hold after that, so it's best to use a land line if you have one available and avoid battery operated or cel phones so you don't lose your place in queue.
