Won Need Roll No Loot

Question for everyone, I ran H PoS last night and had the 1H sword drop off last boss, I won the need roll and I stayed until the end where we were moved into the cave, but still did not get the loot.

I took a screenshot and such, but still why would I not get the loot if it said I had won the need roll?

Can Dungeon Guide change loot rules or anything? I have logged a ticket ingame, well I think I have, I didnt get a ticket number or anything
