Accidentally deleted heirlooms help please

I've already put in a ticket in game.

Anyway here's the deal.

I deleted a lv.14 draenei shaman alt today.

I just kind of spaced out, and forgot to mail the heirlooms she was holding
to my 80 main.

I lost the following
heirloom mail shoulders - melee dps
heirloom mail chest - melee dps
heirloom 1h mace - melee dps
x2 heirloom trinket (restores HP on kills that grant honour / exp)

I don't care about the alt, but I'd like the heirlooms back if possible.

as I said I've already put in a ticket in game
but I'm at work and won't be able to check if it's been fixed or not
for another hour.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
if it's just an update on wether or not my items were restored.

I was planning on realm transfering tonight
which is why I deleted the shaman.
I'd like to continue with my planned move for tonight
if my items are restored of course.
