Celestial Steed Item Code

I purchased my Celestial steed, now I am trying to turn in the item code for this account.

However, it keeps coming up with the message:

Too many attempts. Please try again later.


I did some questing and came back to the same message. I was looking forward to getting my mount today, why did this message appear?

I am getting a new Router today also, as currently my internet is a bit unstable at times. I did have to refresh the page several times to get it to load properly, but I only hit the submit button once...then it pushed me back to the previous page. When I got back to the screen to enter the item code it had that message again.

Any help would be appreciated :) thanks!
