Would reforming the guild with the same name interfere with potential restoration of guild bank, or would the GM account simply need to rename the guild when it's restored to him?

Please feel free to create another guild to temporary house your guild mates, Halar; doing so will not hinder us in any way. When the Guild Master contacts us about the issue, however, he may want to mention that the guild has been recreated so that the name can be adjusted to match the previous name. :)
