I purchased and received the Celestial Mount. I went with one of my lvl 80's who has epic flying to Shat and it wouldn't fly. Is there any "special" way to get it to flying or am I just having a technical issue.
As your fellow players have suggested, remounting should allow you to take off and land as needed after you enter or exit an area that restricts flying. :)
