Dear GM....

i found out i got hacked this morning on Australian time zone.

Please help me, i have send in a webform from blizzard, and i tried to call, but line is always too busy and won't let me queue up the line....

Do you have control of the account? I'm not seeing an authenticator on the account you are posting under.

If you have control of the account, Billing isn't going to be able to be of much assistance. To get a restoration investigation started, you need to file a petition or email.

If you are referring to another account, I'd just need a character name/realm that is on it to look into things.

In a compromise situation, as long as the character wasn't moved or faction changed - it's perfectly fine to play them as you can while you await restoration.

In the case of a realm transfer, or a faction change - that's a bit different.
