Unable to claim my X-53 Rocket Mount ...

I had recently unlocked the ability to claim my Refer-A-Friend reward mount, and I logged into the site last night and claimed it.
Upon selecting the character, it told me to login and retrieve my mount from the mail.
I logged in, checked the mailbox and nothing.
I have not claimed another type of mount, nor have I received an answer to my ingame ticket that was filed at approximately 6PM CST yesterday evening.

I've tried calling, waiting on a ticket, etc.
I'd just really like to get my hands on my reward mount.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Can you check your in-game mail, Rawfuls? It appears that a member of our staff was able to verify this issue and provide the necessary restoration.
