Is selling game time cards for gold illegal??

I skimmed over the EULA and ToS agreement and couldn't find anything specific.

I see people in trade chat "WTB 60day game card pst" and I am just curious if what they are doing is wrong or not.

I don't think such a practice would affect Blizzard's revenue?? I'm really not sure...

Can I get a blue post please?

It is against our terms to sell any out of game item, for ingame gold. A timecard is an out of game item.

Even were it not against the rules, it is VERY risky as there is no possible safeguards on such a transaction.
