Slow GM responses

Why are GM responses so slow?
Is the GM role a paid job? if so sign me up.. i hate my life and need a change :)

seriously, sometimes I put in a ticket and it takes 3 days to get a response
am i doing something wrong? Not putting in a magic word to put it up as high priority or clicking the mysterious UrGENT button?

How are GM's designated, are there so many per realm or battlegroup?

Queue times fluctuate based on the number of petitions in queue as well as the complexity of each request. Though in the past several months there have been times when it has approached several days queue times are not currently at that point.

Though this may change with no notice queue times are currently around 3-6 hours. Tere is no magic word or phrase or urgent button petitions are, for the most part, taken in the order they have been received.

Neither. Game Masters address petitions from all realms unless they play on that realm or are otherwise invested in it.
