I've been trying to get the new Celestial Steed and Lil' XT from the Blizzard store, yet every time I try it's to no avail.

At the top of the confirm order page, it says "Your order is not yet complete." in red letters, even though I've triple checked the red asterisks and made sure I put in the accurate information.

After I hit Place Order Now, it always comes back as

"Processing...


There has been an error processing your request."


Is this an error on my end? Or on Blizzard's?

There are several possible causes for the error message that you are receiving, Zombiething.

The most common causes tend to be if a restriction on the card is preventing the transaction from being successful, or a browser related issue when attempting to submit the request. Therefore, I suggest that you try clearing the cache and all temporary internet files from the browser that you are currently using, and that you contact the card provider to see if there are any restrictions that may be prohibiting this specific transaction from being approved.
